This section contains various CAD projects completed for class work and personal projects. Through these projects, I have gained proficiency in modeling, assemblies, drawing, and FEA in both NX and SOLIDWORKS.
3D-Printed Bridge
Collaborated with a team to design, construct, and test a 3D-printed PLA bridge in SOLIDWORKS to maximize load capacity before failure while adhering to strict weight, size, and structural specifications. All designs and testing presented in this portfolio are my individual work. Gained hands-on experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), optimizing designs based on testing results, analyzing material properties, and understanding deformation under load. This contains screenshots of my final bridge design used in the competition.

Design indents created by offsetting outer sheet inwards, extruding the design's spline shape, and trimming each offset accordingly. The two resulting structures were connected using through curves

Synchronous modeling used to adjust an existing model
Model before Synchronous modeling
Accordion design created for a club. The bellows model is compressible and their length can be controlled by an assembly variable. It will contain electronics and algorithms to translate singing to musical notes, and then translate chords associated with those notes to the buttons on the accordion.
Accordion compressed to 15in simply through changing an expression value!
